New to the Forums! - Lumpyseven - 10-07-2017

Hi guys,

My name is Ross, I've only ever played Guild Ball in the past, but I'm interested in trying some Roleplaying games in the future. I'm told this is the place to do that Smile

Hi Ross, welcome to the community!

There's bits and bobs going on all over the place, but someone good to start when you log in is the View Unread Posts button on the top menu bar, under the search button, so you can keep up with the Sunday night organisation thread (who's coming, what's being played), and any threads you're involved in, like the new Sunday Night D&D thread.

Feel free to post up in other threads and boards about things. Hopefully the layout is self-explanatory Smile

I'm not entirely sure where to post to show my interest! I've been looking around and can't find a current thread...

RE: New to the Forums! - Runner 5 - 10-07-2017

Hey Ross!

There are currently three options for RP:

Tuesday night rounds - two or three groups mix up on a three month rotation to play different systems and settings.  The latest round has already started, so open slots are GM discretion.

Weekly Sunday group - fixed group running indefinately, playing mainly D&D, but switch it up with other systems from time to time.  I believe they have six players atm and are therefore probably at capacity.

My new bi-monthlyish Sunday group - flexible group running indefinately, initially with D&D 5e.  Player cap will be 4 and will be open to younger players (under 18s).  If you want to join this group, get yourself over to the upcoming games area Smile
